The purpose of this section is to ensure the transparency of ongoing activities and to enable all interested parties to familiarize themselves with planned procedures, project documentation, and deadlines for submitting comments and offers.
Published announcements contain detailed information on:
- the scope of the planned procurement,
- the basis for implementation (e.g., project, program, call number),
- deadlines for submitting comments or offers,
- communication methods and required correspondence labeling.

Information on consultations on the preliminary version
of the request for proposals for CDMO services
Due to the planned publication of the request for proposals in the Competitiveness Database, we are initiating a consultation process on the content of the preliminary version of the request for proposals for CDMO services.
This contract will be implemented as part of the project entitled „PEARL Method – In Vitro Production of Full-Value, Ready-to-Implement Autologous Hyaline Cartilage That Biologically Restores Joint Function,” project number FENG.05.01-IP.01-000X/25, implemented under STEP – Track A, call for proposals FENG.05.01-IP.01-001/25.
Comments on the preliminary version of the request for proposals can be submitted by 11:59 PM on March 4, 2026 (i.e., within 7 days of the publication date of this information), by email to: arthec@arthec.eu.
